Michelle has 8 years of B2B and B2C customer service experience, with an additional 18 years in retail.
She completed a course from a previous role in Sustainable Energy Efficiency to further understand areas in Renewable Energy and Green Energy. This has been very advantageous in her new role working with companies in the Renewables Sector and supporting their R&D tax relief claims.
Michelle is a very sociable person and loves spending time with her family, especially her grandson, who keeps her on the go!
